Had a good day today. Went grocery shopping with Trey. Did some to organize of this mess around me. Working on my riff a day project. Haven’t for a while. Making some good progress. It’s a fun idea.

I still like writing on here. Gmail is a pain and I talk too much. At least once in a while I say something funny. (I think) I always get lost in those long threads. We are up to over 90 on one. Signal was easier, I think we can skip that from now on.

I think this probate is going to go quick. The house is already staged and ready to sell. I have the feeling they want to move and that house will sell quick. I wouldn’t doubt they can sell it in a week or two. It’s essentially the newest home around with the same charm.

I assume the probate lawyer is pretty far along also. Considering how many things they filed, they have a big team. Now they can ignore me and deal with that.

I actually may have gotten lucky the way this turned out. All I have to do is sign the paperwork. I wouldn’t have made out any better fighting it. Maybe worse. I did show I could be a pain in the ass and knew enough to fight if I needed to. Also gave them that scare of exposure, both legal and publicly.

All that weird shit has to be done. I pushed to get that wording changed. Made sure they knew I knew exactly what they did. I’m playing very nice now. I think I did good?

Apparently, there are stories here.

Was sitting around the side of the building getting some fresh air and having a smoke. Some kid runs by with a cop chasing him. Kind of thought it was funny at first. That cop wasn’t catching him, but as I walked around the corner the cops from the 15 squads did. They weren’t there five minutes prior.

Don’t know what happened. That was as many cops as the death row records show at first ave in the 90’s I was outside of.

I don’t think I like coon rapids. I’m ok though, keep to myself.

It’s weird I am like the only white person in this town. I normally don’t see any.

Trey is making Cookies like he would do 4 night a week when he lived with me.
